Intouch Holdings Plc (“INTOUCH”), founded on 21 June 1983, was listed on The Stock Exchange of Thailand (“SET”) on 31 August 1990. The Company changed logo and stock ticker from “SHIN” to “INTUCH” on 7 April 2011 and changed registered name to “Intouch Holdings Plc” on 31 March 2014.
By the end of June 2019, it is 11 actively companies in the InVent portfolio. INTOUCH operates its business professionally, focusing on asset management to create sustainable benefits for all the stakeholders and maximize shareholder return, which are the Company’s ultimate goals. INTOUCH has divided its business into three segments, namely 1) Wireless Telecommunications Business operated by AIS, 2) Satellite and International Business operated by THAICOM, and 3) Other Businesses. The major profit contribution currently comes from AIS, which generates the highest revenue and had a market value representing 98% of the Company’s net asset value at the end of June 2019.
InVent, a Venture Capital project of the INTOUCH, is a corporate venture capital fund. InVent is an investment arm for startup companies in telecom, media, technology, and digital related services, with its investment policy of Baht 200 million a year and less than 30% holding stake.

INTOUCH mainly invests in telecom, media, and technology, with cash on hand at the end of June 2019 approximately Baht 2.0 billion and debt free. The Company sets the budget for InVent project of Baht 200 million a year, funding by cash on hand as mentioned. Therefore, the dividend payment is not impacted by the Company investment plan.
The Company pays dividend from its standalone financial statements. The Company’s dividend policy is to pass through dividend received from its associates and subsidiaries after the deduction of operating expenses, subject to its financial needs or unless the payment of dividend would materially affect its operations.
